Principles for Effective Promotion

Goal: Improve office wide understanding of new communications and marketing approaches by training offices on new system and principles of promotion for increased ownership of respective office ministries and events. 

 

Timeline and Process: After being hired on, I was tasked with implementing new project intake and management softwares to improve office function. I discovered a single tool to do both, ClickUp. Creating an intake form for projects and training in office staff on how to use it, new procedures were created. In efforts to help the offices be on the same page and increase their success in ministry initiatives and events, a training was held to accomplish both. The document above was created to accompany the training given.

Contribution Summary: I reinvented the office process for projects, trained the office on its use, created much of the training agenda for the in person meeting and created the supplemental handout for immediate reference for our offices. I continue to play a significant role in project and office management.

 

Results: Office productivity and on-time project deliveries dramatically increased. Offices have been empowered to better promote their respective ministries and events.
