The website callingoutthecalled.org was made to help meet the growing need of churches in Alabama to find a pastor. It's goal is to partner with churches to help call out the called amongst their congregations. The task force of Alabama Baptists across various roles created a strategy document that largely informed the website's design and terminology. The website was made to be a hub and extension of that strategy for pastors all over Alabama to find guidance, encouragement, or resources to assist in this effort. There is also a page dedicated to those feeling the call and looking for a place to answer it.
